Hotel Web Rate
The client will pay for the reserved stay upon departure from the establishment, in cash or credit card; except the high season of Easter and summer (*).
Free cancellation or modification, when made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival at the hotel. Outside this period, the establishment will charge the first night of the reservation.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, cancellations or modifications
of reservations, will be free, when they occur in advance, prior to 7 days of the arrival date. Outside this period, the establishment will charge 50% of the total booked stay.
(*)High Season, Easter and Summer:
For periods considered high season, the establishment will charge your card, as a confirmation deposit, in the amount of 50% of the reservation made:
TA : Holy Week, from March 28 to 31.
TA : Summer, from June 22 to September 10.
Free cancellation or modification, when made 7 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel. Outside this period the deposit made will not be refunded.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms during high season periods, cancellations or modifications of reservations will be free of charge when they occur before 14 days from the arrival date. Outside this period the deposit made will not be refunded.

Early Bird Rate
The hotel will charge the total amount of the reserved stay at the time of confirmation. No cancellation or modification allowed. (Non-refundable).

No Show Reservations.
In the case of no-show at the establishment, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
Tourist tax . The tax on stays in tourist establishments is
€1.32 per person per day. It will not apply from the 7th night of stay,
nor to those under 16 years of age.

Exception to the cancellation policy derived from Covid-19:
(*) Reservation cancellation due to force majeure
of the Covid-19 , the payment or deposit made for the reservation will be refunded, and no cancellation costs will be incurred, after accreditation of the pertinent situation.
The Galena Mas Comangau Hotel reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations, in case of fraud or error, with prior notice. In this case, the incident that occurred will be notified, giving the client the option of accepting the corrected conditions, or canceling the reservation made without cancellation fees.
